Monte is a big, stout, 10 year old, 15.2
hand, paint gelding. Ranch raised and worked. He knows cattle and
how to work them. He's gorgeous, kind and practical. He has a huge
work ethic. He'll work or play all day. Smooth gaits.
Incredibly soft mouth and handle. He can do a soft lope (canter) in a
pony sized circle. Sure footed. He always knows where his body and
feet are and knows where to put them. He gives to the leg and rein.
It's been awhile since I have ridden a more comfortable, reliable, fun
horse. Except, of course, my "main squeeze" Lily. Perfect all-round
prospect. He'll do anything you want to do. Loves people.
